Returns and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days post receipt of goods. If 14 days have lapsed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same brand new condition that you received it with it's tags on and in it's original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and wrong sizing, as we have done our best by providing an accurate size chart for each product.
Hot Fashionista returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Hot Fashionista gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Hot Fashionista offers it's US customers return shipping labels, and it is the recommended way to return your item/s to Hot Fashionista, as you will be able to track your return and receive your credit much quicker than sending your return yourself.
Return shipping labels can be purchased for $4.99 if you are returning a single item or for $9.99 if you are returning multiple items. Return shipping labels are available for purchase and can be submitted in our returns portal.
Several types of goods can not be returned, and can not be refunded Such as:
- Bikinis, lingerie and intimate products and sanitary goods
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Gift cards
- Special event costumes( such as Halloween and Christmas costumes etc)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please coordinate with us first before sending returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Returns and/or refunds are only offered if product is faulty on arrival or the wrong item has been shipped, please send us an image or video proof to info@hotfashionista.com when you are unboxing or upon receiving the item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong sizing, as we provide relevant size charts for all our products, that need to be consulted before making a purchase or you can return at your own cost as you are responsible for the size you choose.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and online store credit will automatically be applied to your account or provided as a gift card.
Hot Fashionista will issue their customer refunds to the method of payment used on an order if any of the below apply to your order:
- Is canceled by Hot Fashionista
- One or more of your items has sold out since your order was processed
- An Item(s) is/are proven to have been received damaged, defective, or incorrect
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are offered (if applicable)
- Any item/s not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- One or more of your items has sold out since your order was processed
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the sizing of the delivered product is not the same as the size ordered and it doesn't fit our sizing chart. Please consult sizing chart before making a purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hotfashionista.com and happy to send you our return shipping address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send us email first then we will provide our return shipping address.
Hot Fashionista will organize and pay for return shipping in the case of you receiving wrongful and/or faulty goods, however in the case of returning an item due to change of mind, or wrong sizing, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
